Meet Pam Loch

Founder of the Loch Associates Group, Pam Loch is an award-winning solicitor and business person and a regular commentator in the media on employment law and HR issues. You will often find her featured on the BBC, ITV as well as in national press.

Set up in 2007, Pam’s vision for Loch Associates, was to create a business which responds to the need for commercial and bespoke legal and people solutions. The business has continued to evolve with the addition of services offering solutions in all elements of HR, employment, training and wellbeing as well as business law.

A dual-qualified solicitor, having qualified in Scotland, Pam is proud of her heritage. She has built her business from scratch and can identify with those who have had to navigate the many challenges any business leader may face. This makes her passionate about fairness and equality, diversity and inclusion and healthy, happy places of work that foster a collaborative and entrepreneurial approach.

These days, her local community is of great importance to her. This has led to her involvement beyond her own business.  Positions she has held Titles have included past President of West Kent Chambers of Commerce and local Law Society and setting up the community platform enTWine.
