One in four workers will be experiencing depression, anxiety or another mental health issue right now, with 91 million working days lost each year due to mental health issues.
We are experts in handling mental health issues in the workplace and have a range of services to help employers identify mental health issues amongst their staff and develop the skills and knowledge to manage them.
Mental Health Champion Training – one day course
Our one day mental health awareness and skills course qualifies you as an MHFA Champion.
MHFA Champions have:
- An understanding of common mental health issues
- Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness
- Ability to spot signs of mental ill health
- Skills to support positive wellbeing
Through a mix of group activities, presentations and discussions, the course is built around a Mental Health First Aid action plan.
Everyone who completes the course gets an MHFA manual to keep and refer to whenever they need it, and a certificate to say they are an MHFA Champion.
This course is accredited by MHFA England.

NOTE: As this is an all day course, attendees should either bring their own lunch or take advantage of the lunch break to go for a walk and buy their lunch from a local cafe or shop.
