Job Title: Marketing and PR Director (Part Time)

Loch Associates Group is an innovative group of companies providing services including employment law, HR support, wellbeing and health & safety to businesses from a wide variety of sectors. We are expanding our marketing team and have an opportunity for a Marketing and PR Director to join us as we aim to expand the businesses.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional, who can provide creative and intuitive solutions and help us drive the group of businesses forward. You will have a passion for understanding our target audience, providing strategic input on our marketing approach and ensuring the delivery of marketing projects as planned. You will ultimately be comfortable with turning thoughts into deliverable actions. As the guardian of tone, voice and brand collateral you will make sure that the business has a strong identity to our external market place. With experience in digital strategy and creating content that engages, you will help create a content plan that plays to the strengths of our businesses but helps us achieve our contribution to grow all businesses.

You will be in charge of the promotion and communication of the brand across all channels both on and offline. You will have a great imagination, be highly creative and be able to use your initiative.

A proven track record of great ideas which maximise the potential in existing databases and an understanding of how to protect our brand, its values and its current and prospective target markets.

You will be someone who thrives in a busy environment, and a leader who can manage and motivate an inhouse team to implement your plans as well as manage external relationships. You will also be willing to get stuck in and roll up your sleeves to make good stuff happen.
