HR Advisor - Tunbridge Wells
As an integral part of the team, you will provide administrative support to the HR Consultants. This may include accurately drafting legally compliant letters, contracts and handbooks. In addition, you will be comfortable interacting with clients. This could be remotely helping them with updates on their HR system, or supporting on site, assisting the HR consultants with client meetings and new client development.
You will have great attention to detail and will be able to effectively manage multiple deadlines. You will also be able to show us a passion for building great client relationships which result in repeat business.
This will be a great opportunity to broaden and develop your existing HR experience with the support of an experienced team of HR Consultants. You will be a graduate with some experience in an HR focused role and be keen to develop a career in HR through studying towards a CIPD qualification. As part of the Loch Associates Group, you will also work alongside the team of Employment Lawyers in our sister company, Loch Employment Law and the qualified professionals in Loch Health and Loch Mediation.
