Job Title: HR Administrator
Loch Associates Group are looking for a conscientious and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our expanding award-winning team. We are a bespoke professional services company providing outsourced employment law advice, HR consultancy and wellbeing solutions, primarily to SME businesses from a wide variety of sectors.
This is a key role contributing to the efficient day-to-day delivery of service through the prompt and effective support of our client facing consultants and lawyers. Your days will be varied from booking meetings and managing incoming telephone calls to supporting the Client facing staff when they need help. You will support the end to end recruitment process both internally and for our clients.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a busy and varied environment, who is organised and proactive with a passion for client care and providing a professional service. You will have experience of working in a Human Resources team and should have good working knowledge of Word / Excel and PowerPoint.
