Job Title: Finance Assistant

We are looking for a conscientious, enthusiastic and professional individual to join our expanding award winning team as an Accounts Assistant. We are a bespoke professional services company providing outsourced employment law advice, HR Consultancy and wellbeing solutions primarily to SME businesses from a wide variety of sectors.

You will have an opportunity to contribute to the Group’s success following our timely and robust financial processes and supporting our communication channels between fee earners, the Finance team and clients. You will be expected to get involved in all aspects of the finance administration and we will support you to tackle small projects in Finance and IT to gain experience within the wider function. You will have good knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, an understanding of Mailmerge and using Excel formulas and be able to take on board information quickly. Experience of using SQL and other languages like Crystal to develop simple reports would also be desirable. You will be part of a small supportive team which provides a great starting point for a career in finance.
