Executive Assistant (part time) - Tunbridge Wells

Are you an Experienced Senior Executive Assistant looking for a rewarding part time role?

Loch Associates Group is looking for a new member to join its Business Operations team on a part time basis. We are a group of companies working with a variety of clients including tech, hospitality, retail and manufacturing providing employment law and HR support, wellbeing solutions and other services such as health and safety.

This is a key role in the business supporting the Managing Director (MD) and contributing to the efficient operation of the Group Companies. The key to success in this role is the ability to understand priorities, when action is required and how to make sure work is completed effectively for both clients and the MD. Knowing when to take action and when to get help is critical, as is being able to work within processes and ensuring pre and post activity follow ups take place. Being able to free up time for the MD will be a real achievement.

The job holder will proactively manage the MD’s diary (including logistics) and workload, ensuring that emails are responded to in a timely and efficient manner. They will take responsibility for ensuring that internal and external meetings are organised and take place as planned and monitor to ensure that any actions are completed within agreed timeframes. They will also provide administrative support with drafting documents and correspondence, filing and updating social media as required.

This role requires a confident, dynamic individual with enthusiasm and who can use their initiative to work with the MD. They will also be very good at multi-tasking and their organisational skills will be excellent. Ideally, they should be a graduate and experience of working in a fast-paced professional environment in a similar role is essential.

We can offer you a supportive and friendly environment in our office based in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. We have regular team social events, a ‘Dress for your Diary’ dress code and even an office dog called ‘Ellie’. We have group life insurance, a health care cash plan scheme and private medical insurance. Great contributions are rewarded with our bonus scheme, as well as our quarterly Above & Beyond Awards where we ask employees to nominate colleagues that go the extra mile.

If this sounds like the type of work environment that motivates you, then we would love to hear from you.
