We provide providing outsourced employment law advice, HR consultancy and wellbeing solutions to our clients who come from a wide range of sectors.

This role will be key in contributing to the efficient day-to-day delivery of services through the prompt and effective support of our client facing consultants and lawyers. Your days will be varied from creating and amending documents, booking meetings and managing incoming telephone calls to supporting the client facing staff when they need help, proactively doing what it takes to remove barriers and help them to be productive and efficient.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy and varied environment, be organised and proactive with a passion for client care and providing a professional service. We need candidates who have strong skills in Outlook, Word / Excel and PowerPoint, including an understanding of Mail Merge and using Excel formulas.

We are looking for a natural multitasker who can manage conflicting priorities as well as work on their own initiative. The right person will also have a confident and assertive telephone manner along with excellent communication skills, as the role will involve liaising with clients. You will be a natural team player with a willingness to ‘muck in’ and support other members of the administration team to ensure all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and improvements in processes identified. Previous experience in a PA role would be an advantage as the role will involve diary management including avoiding meetings clashes and allowing travel time where applicable, booking meetings and supporting directors including managing multiple inboxes.
