Administrative Assistant

Loch Associates Group have an immediate need for a conscientious and enthusiastic administrator to join our expanding award-winning team. We provide outsourced employment law advice, HR consultancy and wellbeing solutions, primarily to our clients who come from a wide range of sectors.

This is a key role contributing to the efficient day-to-day delivery of our services through the prompt and effective support of our client facing consultants and lawyers. Your days will be varied from booking meetings and managing incoming telephone calls to support client facing staff when they need help, proactively doing what it takes to remove barriers and help them to be productive and efficient.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a busy and varied environment, who is organised and proactive with a passion for client care and providing a professional service. You will have experience of working in an administration team and should have good working knowledge of Word / Excel and PowerPoint.

We are looking for a natural multitasker who can manage conflicting priorities as well as work on their own initiative. The right person will also have a confident and assertive telephone manner along with excellent communication skills, as the role will involve liaising with clients. You will be a natural team player with a willingness to ‘muck in’ and support other members of the administration team to ensure all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and improvements in processes identified.
