Pam Loch commented in an article written by Vicki Arnstein on how businesses can protect themselves against ex-employees taking confidential information.
Pam commented:
"You must be able to show you have thought about to whom restrictive covenants should apply. The narrower you can make them, the more likely they are to be enforceable. You should also check your convenants annually to make sure they are still effective"
