Judith Curran

Judith is a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer. 

Prior to joining Loch Associates, Judith managed a niche employment law practice and worked with Legal 500 firms in both London and Kent specialising in Employment Law. 

Judith has a wide range of experience in advising both employers and employees on unfair dismissal and termination of employment, contractual disputes, discrimination claims, Compromise Agreements, re-organisation and TUPE issues,  HR support and represents clients in both the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Judith has also extensive experience in advising Senior Executives with employment disputes and advising on exit strategies.

Judith also presents seminars and training on employment law and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
