Loch Associates is delighted to introduce you to Dean, our new Partner, who recently joined us with the specific mandate of managing and developing our new London office. 

Dean is a highly experienced employment lawyer and has routinely acted for a number of the world’s leading organisations.

Clients particularly like the fact that he is very easy to talk to and he always takes time to fully understand his clients’ concerns.  Plus, he has a proven track record of getting exceptional results for those he represents meaning that he is considered by many as a trusted business advisor.

Dean deals with all aspects of employment law and acts for employers and senior executives in the private, public and charity sectors.  He has a particular interest in Equality and Diversity issues and is renowned for fighting his clients’ corner, particularly in complex and sensitive discrimination cases at a time when this is most needed.  

On the non-contentious side, Dean has managed pan-European projects and provides valued tactical, commercially focussed and strategic advice for the benefit of his clients on the full range of UK employment law issues.  

He frequently writes published articles and is a regular speaker on cutting edge employment matters.
