Your approach is friendly, good humoured and refreshingly down to earth whilst ensuring that you challenge the facts and representations and never being afraid to disagree with us.  You are always prepared to explain the process and the alternative potential outcomes of any course of action.  Even when not currently engaged on an assignment you maintain frequent contact and arrange regular client service meetings.  This ensures that you are always fully aware of our current circumstances and therefore when issues do arise you can act promptly, appropriately and proactively.
