Restrictive Covenants

It is common that senior executives are asked by their employer to sign up to restrictive covenants which restrict their activities after their employment ends.

We can review and advise you in relation to restrictive covenants you are being asked to agree to.  We will review wording and provide suggestions to narrow the scope of the restrictions as much as possible.
