Whether you are employing a cleaner or a Managing Director, it is crucial for the protection of your business to ensure that you have the appropriate documents in place.  All employees are entitled to be provided with a written statement of terms and conditions within the first 8 weeks of employment and these must contain certain provisions, as set out in the Employment Rights Act 1996.
