Creating a lasting impression

Our people matter

Our firm’s excellence and success is down to its people. Staff development, motivation and reward are therefore major priorities.

We understand that to provide the best service to our clients we need to work as a team. By arranging regular team building events or even taking the time out for an after work gathering, we ensure that we have strong internal relationships. These are reflected in the cohesive and seamless service we are able to offer our clients.

We encourage diversity and value the input of each member of staff. We also support flexibility and pride ourselves on practicing what we preach when it comes to employee relations.

Charity starts here

All staff at Loch Associates are great supporters of charitable causes and as a firm we strongly believe that it is our responsibility to do what we can to support, give a platform to and contribute to charities.

As individuals and as a firm we continue to dedicate time and resource to a number of local and national charities including Cancer Research, Hospice in the Weald, Hearing Dogs for the Deaf, Riverside Animal Centre and the Anthony Nolan Trust.

Loch Associates is pleased to be supporting The Eve Appeal as its nominated charity for 2011/2012.

        More about The Eve Appeal

        Gynaecological cancers are the world's fourth largest cancer killer of women.

        Every year a million women are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer worldwide.  In
        the UK, 18,000 women are diagnosed and nearly 7,500 women die every year. And yet,
        awareness and funding of gynaecological cancers remains low.

        The Eve Appeal is determined to change this by funding vital research focused on
        developing effective methods of prediction, detection, treatment and care that will help
        save women's lives not only in the UK but throughout the world.

        This world-leading research is complicated and challenging but the Eve Appeal vision is
        simple:

        A future where fewer women develop and more women survive gynaecological cancers.

Environment matters

We realise the importance of considering our impact on the environment and where possible we aim to minimise waste and negative environmental impact by:

  • Only printing when necessary and printing double-sided;
  • Using recycled products;
  • Recycling paper and kitchen waste; and
  • Minimising the use of air-conditioning and cooling down the good old fashioned way – via an open window.
